Middle school camp Registration
Dates: July 5th-9th
(This is for students who went to middle school youth this year 6th-8th grade, not what grade they are going into)
High school camp registration
Dates: July 13th- 17th
Medication form
Make sure you print off this medication form and fill it out if your student takes any meds at all. (This includes allergy meds). they all need to be in their origional med bottles, and please fill out the dosage portion of the form.

- Camp Appropriate Swimwear
*Mark all belongings. Camp will not be responsible for stolen, lost or damaged articles on the campground for more than two weeks after the last day of camp.
Cabin Staff Optional TO Bring:
- Twin sheet to cover your mattress
- Power strips for your cabin
- Extra-large garbage sacks
- Extra towels
- A box fan
- Bottled water
- Cabin decorations
- Cards for your campers
- Bluetooth speaker for your cabin

Registration has been moved completely to an online format and will be available in April. Your registration is not complete until the online portion is finished, the church release form and money has been turned in. Checks payable to Naselle AG, please put child’s name in memo.
